I just wanted to say thank you for your great customer service.  You went what I feel is above and beyond what you had to do, and I doubt there are very many places out there that would have given me the care and attention that you and your staff did.  I just recently moved to the area and have been looking for a full service auto shop that I could trust and I believe I have found one!  GREAT JOB!

On April 6, 2010 our car and camper were towed to your shop after we broke down just off Exit 9.  Since it was close to closing time I was worried we would be stranded for the night and with four little girls that would have been a challenge.  However, thanks to your willingness to stay beyond closing time and finish our car we were back on the road by 7pm.  I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and willingness to help in a difficult situation.  We had a great trip and are safely back in Wisconsin now where the weather isn't nearly so nice.
